We at The OLDE Farm Store want you to be HAPPY with your NEW Item. However if you are not fully satisfied, don’t worry you can return the item in its original packaging & we can offer you an EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT or REFUND within 30 Days from your Purchase, Unfortunately we cannot offer returns of OLD items. OLD items including, vintage, used or second hand or up-cycled items, handmade, homemade, opened produce or hand-painted, DIY items.
We will however accept, your return if the item is damaged, broken, faulty, past the products best before date, or it simply does not live up to your expectations as your happiness is everything to us. DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great pride in our goods & packaging, so if we have made a mistake or you have received a damaged item, we are truly sorry. Please let us know so we can take care of it ASAP & replace it if need be. Please email email@example.com with the products details & a photo attached.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return policy covers returns of products in NEW condition up to 30 days after delivery. Just place it in the mail within 30 days of delivery date. As long as it's in like-new condition and is postmarked within 30 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we'll be able to take it back for a full refund back to your original payment method or if your item is a GIFT you may exchange ONLY for another item/s for that value.

Because inventory changes quickly, and items can take several business days to process through our returns, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products, so we encourage you to get in contact with us promptly so that we can save your desired product & meet your needs & process your return as quickly as possible.
Once we receive the item in acceptable NEW condition, we will process your exchange or a refund will go back to your method of payment and may require a 7 business days before they reach your account.
